We, as MEBA, serve a wide range steel products including the heavy wall plates from the productions of first Class Mills complying the international norms (EN/DIN/ASTM/ASME...) and providing large scale of dimension and grades.
The plates can be supplied in general the below supply conditions;
- As Rolled (AR)
- Normalized /Normalizing Rolling (N)
- Quenched and Tempered (Q&T)
- Thermo-mechanically controlled Rolled (TMCP)
Unless otherwise stated all delivered with EN 10204 3.1 certificates and supply of EN 10204 3.2 Certification is possible if stated at the orders. (TUV/LLYOD/SGS/ABS …)
Supplementary requirements of Ultrasonic Testing, through thickness tests (Z tests), Stimulated post-weld heat treatments (PWHT), Impact tests at the design temperatures, HIC tests, limiting the chemical compositions (low C/S ...) etc. is possible as per customer/project requirements.
As being one of the main suppliers of international MEGA project such as Airports, High-rise buildings, dams, steel bridges, stadiums, power plants, metro projects, harbors, highways, pipe line and offshore platform projects we have already proven track of records and references available.
Production plate thickness range is generally from 6 mm to 200 mm where the special manufacturing plans possible for out of general supply range.
